FITEC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that the protection of personal information and other information relating to individuals that it handles in its business activities is an important social responsibility.
To protect the rights and interests of individuals and to remain a company trusted by society, the Company has established and operates a personal information protection management system and strives for the appropriate protection and management of information relating to individuals based on the following policy.

1. Appropriate Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Information Relating to Individuals

The Company shall acquire personal information and other information relating to individuals through lawful and fair means, clearly define the purposes of use, and use such information only within the scope necessary to achieve those purposes.
Furthermore, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, the Company will not use information beyond the scope of the purpose of use or provide it to third parties without the consent of the individual.

2. Implementation of Security Control Measures

The Company shall implement organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security control measures against risks such as leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized access, and other threats to information relating to individuals to ensure appropriate protection and management.
In the event of an incident, the Company will respond promptly and strive to prevent further damage and recurrence.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Company shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines established by the government, other norms, and internal regulations to handle information relating to individuals appropriately. Additionally, when handling information relating to individuals located in foreign countries, the Company shall also comply with the laws and regulations of the relevant country or region.

4. Appropriate Management of Contractors

When outsourcing the handling of information relating to individuals in the course of its business, the Company shall select appropriate contractors and mandate necessary security control measures through contracts and other means, while maintaining appropriate supervision.

5. Respect for Individual Rights

If a request is received from an individual for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of third-party provision regarding their retained personal data, the Company will respond appropriately and promptly in accordance with laws and internal regulations.

6. Response to Complaints and Consultations

The Company shall respond promptly and appropriately to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of information relating to individuals.

7. Education, Auditing, and Continuous Improvement

The Company shall continuously conduct education and awareness activities for its officers and employees, perform periodic inspections and audits, maintain the effectiveness of the personal information protection management system, and strive for continuous improvement.

Basic Policy on the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information

The Company recognizes the importance of Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Personal Information, etc.") and strives to ensure their proper handling and secure management.

1. Compliance with Relevant Laws and Regulations

The Company shall comply with the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Number Act), the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, related guidelines, and other norms.

2. Implementation of Security Control Measures

The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage or loss of, or damage to, Specific Personal Information, etc., and to otherwise ensure its secure management.

3. Development of an Internal Framework

The Company shall establish internal regulations regarding the handling of Specific Personal Information, etc., and continuously implement employee education, inspections, and audits.
